It’s important to contact us, if possible, four weeks in advance of your move, so that if you decide to choose Rumsey & Son, we can give your removal the full attention it deserves.

Pre-move survey

Our representative will visit your home to assess your requirements by finding out:

• Where you are moving from and to
• What level of service your removal requires
• What packing service you require
• Which items require specialist packing
• The easiest means of access to your house
• Whether storage is required

Our representative will be delighted to talk you through the various options, answer your questions and provide professional advice on the most efficient way of handling your move.

Following the pre-move survey, a formal quotation, tailored to your requirements, will be sent to you by email, post or fax. Should you have any questions following receipt of this quote, or if you would like us to proceed, please contact us as soon as you can.
